Email support@clearlily.app. For a bug report, please include the app version (shown in Settings), your device model and iOS version, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to it. Screenshots help; crop out anything you don't want to share.
You can create up to two tanks for free, with no limit on records. Backup and restore are free. Pro adds unlimited tanks, trend summaries, water-change and dosing markers on charts, tank comparisons, and CSV and PDF export. Purchase options and prices are shown in the app.
Connect to the internet, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings or on the Pro screen, signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy. Right after reinstalling, it can take a moment for your purchase to be recognised. If Pro still isn't unlocked, email us. Please don't delete the app to troubleshoot: that also deletes your records unless you have a backup.
Your records are stored only on your device, and we cannot recover them for you. Back them up regularly: in Settings, tap Export Backup, choose whether to include photos, and pick where to save the file, such as Files or iCloud Drive. The app never uploads it. Backup files are not encrypted and contain your tank names and notes, so keep them somewhere you trust.
To restore, tap Restore from Backup… in Settings, or Restore from Backup on the home screen when you have no tanks (for example, on a new phone). Restoring replaces everything currently in the app and cannot be undone; the app shows what's on the device and what's in the backup before you confirm. A backup made by a newer version of the app needs the app to be updated first.
CSV and PDF exports are for reading and sharing; they can't be restored. Use Export Backup to keep a copy you can restore.
You can set reminders for water changes, water tests and maintenance. The next due date counts from your latest matching record, so logging a water change, for example, moves the water-change reminder forward. If a notification doesn't arrive, check that notifications are allowed for TankKeep in your device's Settings. A due reminder fires once; it does not repeat while overdue.
You can add photos to records, tank covers and livestock. The app asks for camera access only when you take a photo; choosing from your library uses the system picker. If you turned camera access off, turn it back on in your device's Settings → TankKeep.
The app sends anonymous usage data to help us improve it. It never includes what you write or your photos. You can turn it off with Share Usage Data in Settings. See the privacy policy for details.
It's the time your phone showed when you logged it. It doesn't change later, wherever you travel.
The app uses the time where your phone is. Simplest: log it as usual, then edit the date and time when you're back if you want home time. Exact: before logging, go to Settings → General → Date & Time, turn off Set Automatically, choose your home time zone, and switch it back afterwards.
The reminder counts from the date of your latest water change, which used the local date where you were. Change that record's date to your home date and the reminder adjusts; or leave it, and it corrects itself after your next water change.
Wherever your phone is. A 9:00 AM reminder arrives at 9:00 AM local time.
When daylight saving time starts, one hour doesn't exist, so the app moves the time to the next hour (you'll see this before saving). When it ends, one hour happens twice, and the app uses the earlier one.
That record was logged in that place and shows its local time there. Editing the time changes it in that place's time.
Correct your phone's clock first, then open the record and set the right date and time.

你的记录只保存在你的手机上，我们无法替你找回，请定期备份：在设置里点 导出备份，选择是否包含照片，再选择保存位置，例如“文件”或 iCloud 云盘。App 不会上传备份文件。备份文件不加密，包含你的鱼缸名称和笔记，请只保存到你信任的地方。
恢复时，在设置里点 从备份恢复…；手机上还没有鱼缸时（例如换了新手机），首页也有 从备份恢复。恢复会替换 App 里现有的全部内容，且无法撤销；确认前 App 会列出手机上现有的内容和备份里的内容。用更新版本的 App 导出的备份，要先把 App 更新到新版本才能恢复。
CSV 和 PDF 导出用于查看和分享，不能用来恢复。要留一份能恢复的副本，请用 导出备份。
可以设置换水、水质检测和维护三种提醒。下次提醒的日期从最近一次对应的记录往后算，比如记一次换水，换水提醒就会顺延。收不到通知时，请到手机的“设置”里检查是否允许鱼见发送通知。到期的提醒只弹一次，逾期后不会重复弹。
记录、鱼缸封面和生物都可以加照片。只在你拍照时才请求相机权限；从相册选图用的是系统的选择器。如果之前关掉了相机权限，到手机的“设置 → 鱼见”里重新打开。
App 会发送匿名的使用数据，帮助我们改进，其中不含你写的内容和照片。你可以在设置里关掉 发送使用数据。详见 隐私政策。

App 按手机所在地的时间来记。简单的办法：照常记下，回家后想改成家里的时间，打开记录改日期和时间即可。精确的办法：记之前在“设置 → 通用 → 日期与时间”里关掉“自动设置”，把时区临时改成家里的，记完再改回“自动设置”。
提醒从最近一次换水的日期往后数，在外地记的换水用的是当地日期。把那条记录的日期改成家里的日期，提醒会自动调整；不改也行，下次换水记录后就恢复正常。
